About Nectar

A third of the world's crop production depends on honeybee pollination, yet beekeepers lose 40% of their hives each year. To be part of the solution, our team's mission is to provide beekeepers and growers with the data-driven tools needed to raise thriving honeybee colonies.

We believe that the technology being built by our team - including IoT and AI models -  will lead to a future where pollinators are considered an essential factor in feeding our planet.

With our record-keeping software BeeTrack, Nectar’s goal is to equip commercial migratory beekeepers with technologies that enable them to make data-driven decisions to raise healthier bees to secure our food supply.

Why are we looking for a Customer Success Specialist?

Reporting to the Head of Sales and Customer Success, and in collaboration with the Technical Sales Specialist, the Customer Success Specialist (CSS) will work closely with a group of high-value accounts (commercial beekeepers) to understand their needs, articulate value, and drive BeeTrack usage.
